I was in need of a replacement water heater, and they responded right away to come out and assess and determine the best options, including accurate estimate of cost and payment options, as well as setting us up for a rebate of the installed pieces. They also assessed the water softener system as it was in need of improvement as well, and they accurately set up a time to come out and do the replacements, everything went smooth and all has been working wonderfully since! Recommend for any plumbing work, respectful and helpful with any questions!

Thank you very much for your Prompt service, Service Technician was on time even called ahead to let us know his ETA. When Technician arrived he look over the project then gave us a cost of the project. He had all parts needed on his service truck completed project then explained how system worked and what we needed to do for break in time of our water filtration system the system was installed very nicely all tubing was needly anchored out of the way everything looks great. I called Koegel P&H because our sump pump went out and our basement got flooded. Thought we were out of the woods after we installed a new pump but our sewer lift pump had tried to pick up the slack and stopped working too. Koegels were at my house right away in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several options without any pushy sales pitches. I wanted a whole new pump installed and they were able to get it done before I even had to leave for work. I was grateful that they were so prompt and our repair man (Ethan) was so pleasant, knowledgeable and clean. I would definitely do business with them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
